This is just my way of chronicling my journey through 30 days of eating whole, unprocessed foods following the Whole 30 plan (whole9life.com). I’ve been a pretty clean eater for the past 9 months, but I’m going the extra mile to cut out dairy (sad face), beans (big sad face), alcohol (needed to be done anyway), diet soda (major big huge sad face), and other sugars in order to cleanse and hopefully gain more energy. Additionally, I pretty much won’t be able to eat out for the next month, which is something I have enjoyed doing with my boyfriend Mark. Join me on my journey to find other joys in life and getting healthier!
